If our Leadership leaves no Legacy, is it complete?
If the people revert (go back) to sinful pattern after you depart, have you not failed in the Law of Legacy.
- The test of our leadership is when we leave office
- Success without a successor is failure
- The issue isn’t “Can I change them while I am here” but “Can they do it while I am gone”.
- Reputation is what people think of us now; but Legacy is what they think of us long after we are gone.
